Straight Terms

How It Works

Delivery & Setup+$75 local Austin-area delivery and setup: placement, cabling, and a quick sound check. Longer distance quoted by the mile.
Operator$50/hr with a $200 minimum when our engineer stays on the desk. Recommended for anything with mics, mixes, or lasers.
Deposit$100 refundable minimum or 50% of the rental, whichever is higher. Boat and water-adjacent events: $150 minimum.
ProtectionValid ID, card on file, signed agreement, and a photo condition check both ways. Client covers loss and damage.
PaymentCash App, Venmo, cash, or card on file. Deposit due before gear leaves or setup begins.
Dry RentalGear without crew is reserved for established clients only. Everyone starts with a crewed rental; earn the keys.
