Cooler Productions is an Austin event production company. We bring live sound, lighting, DJ, lasers, livestream, photo and full stage production to weddings, concerts, corporate events, comedy nights and private parties, and an engineer runs it from setup to strike.
Our prices are posted: Small (up to 150 people) is $1,500 for 4 hours, Medium (150 to 400 people) is $2,800 for 5 hours, Wedding is $2,500 for 6 hours, and Big shows (400+) start at $5,000 and are quoted the same day. Every package includes the engineer, delivery, setup and strike.
Yes. The Wedding package covers ceremony sound with mics for vows and the officiant, cocktail and dinner music, wireless mics for toasts, our DJ with a dance-floor PA, uplighting in your colors and an engineer all night. Livestream, a recap film and photography are add-ons.
Austin and Central Texas, including Elgin, Bastrop, Manor, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Dripping Springs, San Marcos and the Hill Country. Travel farther out is quoted up front.
Yes. We bring our own generators and place them to fire-code distances, so ranches, fields and barns work without a hookup. Off-grid power is quoted per site.
Yes. The gear page lists PA speakers, subs, mixers, wireless mics, lighting, lasers and camera crew, and every rental comes with delivery, setup and someone who knows the rig.
Yes. Livestream starts at $1,500 with a private HD link, its own audio mix and the full recording after. A switched multicam stream starts at $2,800.
